The Panic Hour and Philly Norml cordially invite you to Independence Mall to join a growing movement against marijuana prohibition to demand that marijuana be legalized in all 50 states!

The first Smoke Down Prohibition saw 120 citizens demonstrating against prohibition in a powerfully dank statement in favor of self-government and against marijuana prohibition. The second Smoke Down promises to be even larger and headier!
